Eligibility

  • Only for self-deactivated accounts (not suspended for security reasons).
  • 24-hour waiting period after deactivation before reactivation.

Steps to Reactivate

  1. Log In: Enter credentials on Shiga’s web/app login page.
  2. Request Unban: Click “Request to Unban” on the banned account page.
  3. Security Check: Complete verification. If low-risk, account is reactivated immediately (with 24-hour withdrawal restriction).

If Further Verification Needed

Submit documents via the Self-Service Unban page (5–7 days processing):

  1. Contact Email: Registered, reachable email address.
  2. Proof of Deposit:
    • Screen recording showing:
      • Login to the external exchange (e.g., Exchange A).
      • Withdrawal history + transaction details (blockchain link if available).
    • Max 50MB; formats: MP4/MOV.
  3. ID Document:
    • Same as previously verified (e.g., passport).
    • Clear, unedited copy (max 3MB; JPG/PNG).
  4. Selfie Photo:
    • Hold ID + handwritten note: “I want to reactivate my Shiga account. [Date].”
  5. Selfie Video:
    • Repeat note message verbally (English/mother tongue).
    • Date must match video day.

After Reactivation

  • 24-hour withdrawal restriction (crypto, fiat, P2P).
