The Transactions page is your complete record of every transfer in and out of your Enta account — sends, receives, swaps, portal in, portal out, and more.
Opening Transactions
Click Transactions in the left sidebar.
You will see a table listing your most recent transactions, newest first. Each row shows:

| Status | Whether it is Completed, Pending, or Failed |
| Type | The kind of transaction — Send, Receive, Swap, Portal In, Portal Out, etc. |
| Input Amount | The amount that went out of your wallet |
| Output Amount | The amount that arrived (may differ from input if converted) |
Searching for a specific transaction
At the top of the page, there is a Search bar.
Type a wallet address into the search bar to find all transactions involving that address. This is useful when you need to confirm a specific send or receive.
Filtering transactions
Use the filter dropdowns to narrow down the list.
You can filter by:
Currency / Asset — select a specific asset (e.g., USDT, Bitcoin, USDC) to show only transactions involving that asset.
Transaction Type — select a type to show only that category:

| Receive | Funds that arrived in your wallet |
| Swap | Exchanges between assets (e.g., USDT Solana → USDT Base) |
| Portal In | Fiat deposits converted to stablecoins |
| Portal Out | Stablecoin transfers converted to fiat |
To reset the filters and see all transactions again, clear the dropdowns back to their default state.
Viewing transaction details
Click on any transaction row to see the full details.
The detail view shows:
- Transaction hash — the on-chain identifier (for crypto transactions). Click it to view the transaction on a blockchain explorer.
- From and To — the full wallet addresses or bank account involved
- Amount sent and Amount received — including any conversion rate applied
- Fee — any fee charged
- Date and time — exact timestamp
Click the back arrow or press Close to return to the list.
Troubleshooting
A transaction shows as Pending for a long time Crypto transactions depend on network confirmations. Most complete within a few minutes, but can take longer during periods of high network activity. If a transaction is still pending after 30 minutes, check the transaction hash on a blockchain explorer to see its status.
I can’t find a transaction Try clearing your filters — active filters might be hiding it. If you are searching by address, make sure you have copied the full address. Check that the transaction was made within the time period showing in the list.
A transaction shows as Failed A failed transaction means the transfer did not complete. Your funds should have been returned to your wallet. If your balance has not been restored after a few minutes, contact Enta support with the transaction hash.
