Send Stablecoins
Ready to send stablecoins? Here’s how:
The “Send Stablecoin” feature allows users to transfer stablecoins (cryptocurrencies pegged to stable assets like the US dollar) to other wallet addresses. Stablecoins, such as USDT, provide price stability compared to volatile cryptocurrencies, making them ideal for payments, remittances, and decentralized finance (DeFi) transactions.
Why This Feature is Necessary
- Cross-Border Payments – Enables fast, low-cost international transfers without traditional banking delays.
- DeFi & Smartchain Compatibility – Many blockchains (like Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism) support stablecoins for trading.
- Security & Transparency – Blockchain transactions are irreversible and verifiable, reducing fraud risks.
- User Convenience – Simplifies crypto payments for everyday use, such as merchant payments or peer-to-peer transfers.
By integrating “Send Stablecoin”, platforms like Shiga provide a seamless way for users to move funds securely across different networks while avoiding volatility risks.
- Access the Stablecoin Send Feature
- Navigate to the “Send Stablecoin” section in your Shiga dashboard.
- The interface will display the sending form as shown in the screenshot.
