When a team member requests access to a feature, the account Owner and Admins receive a notification. You can review the request and approve or decline it from the Teams page.
Only Owners and Admins with the Edit Other permission can approve or decline requests.

Step 1 — Go to Teams

Click Teams in the left sidebar. Teams page Team members who have a pending permission request will show an Approve Permission button and a count of pending permissions next to their row.

Step 2 — Click Approve Permission

Step 3 — Review the requested permissions

A panel opens showing the list of permissions the member has requested. Requested permissions are marked with a ✔ icon. Approve permission — panel Review each permission. You can:
  • Approve all — leave all requested permissions ticked and click Approve
  • Approve some — untick any permissions you do not want to grant, then click Approve
  • Decline all — click Decline to reject all requested permissions

Step 4 — Confirm

Click Approve to grant the selected permissions, or Decline to reject the request. The team member receives a notification telling them which permissions were approved or declined. The approved permissions take effect immediately.
