Teams management is available on Business accounts only. If you are on a personal account, this section does not apply.
Accessing Teams
Click Teams in the left sidebar (available on Business accounts).
You will see your current team members listed, showing:
- Name — the member’s full name
- Email — their email address
- Role — their current role (Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer)
- Last Login — when they last signed in
Roles and what they can do
Enta Business has four roles:| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control — all permissions. Cannot be removed by other admins. |
| Admin | Manage members, approve transactions, configure settings |
| Member | Initiate transactions, view balances, manage beneficiaries |
| Viewer | Read-only access — can view balances and transaction history, cannot transact |
What you can do from the Teams page
- Invite a member — click Invite a Member in the top-right to add someone new
- Edit permissions — click the Edit Permission button next to any member to add or remove specific feature access
- Approve permission requests — if a member has requested access to a feature, click Approve Permission to review and grant it
- Remove a member — click the Remove button to revoke their access entirely

Click the Administrative Roles tab on the Teams page to see a full breakdown of what each role is allowed to do.
This reference table helps you decide which role to assign when inviting a new member.
